Hi Soul Friends, Yesterday we received the ashes of our most precious little Baby Girl. We absolutely loved her tiny wee urn, and the certificate – in her name – was so beautiful there were more tears in our eyes. The cast of her dainty paw, with her name stamped on it and little ribbon made it so much more special – it was way beyond what we had expected. We felt our darling Baby Girl was treated with dignity, and that she was cared for in the way we would want her to be. Thank you so very much Darin & Lyn

Hi there We received the ashes of our beloved dog Jonah today and I just wanted to email and say thank you so much for taking the best care of our boy before the cremation. It said “Trudy” was there when he was cremated and we just want to thank her so much. He was such an important part of our family we had him from 6 weeks old and suddenly at 11.5 years old he got unwell and we lost him 3 days after it has been a heartbreaking few weeks for our whole family and 4 children we are all learning to deal with him not been around etc. So just wanted to say thank you from our family and the box he came in was just lovely. You were far more than a pet, you're a family member, a friend, a loving soul I'll never forget. An awesome and definitely unforgettable 10 years. Eternally forever in my heart. I am so very greatful to have been given the opportunity to literally take Seteva on our last physical road trip to a wonderful peaceful place called Soul Friend Pet Cremations, that is where I met this lovely, bright, colourful, and very soulful woman named Simone.

The little certificate that said Simone had been with Zoe at her cremation was a real source of comfort. Her little coffin and certificate is a treasure that we will keep as reminder of our special 22 year old lady, Zoe.

Hi there I just wanted to express my thanks for your cremation of my very beloved German Shepherd Yani. The urn is absolutely beautiful and I was more than impressed by the large paw print of Yani's on the top. It simply blew me away and there were definitely tears. I was not expecting his actual paw print and it was my one regret that I didn't take a print before he passed so it means more than I can tell you to now have it forever. Thank you so much. Natalie

A big thank you to Chantall who was with my Dog Milo when being cremated. Milo was an awesome and much loved dog who never left my side and was with me through my cancer treatment. He loved company and never liked being on his own. He is deeply missed and Im very thankful he was not alone. Kindest regards June

Hi I recently received the ashes of my best friend Spencer, who had to be put to sleep at the age of eighteen and a half. Having her ashes back has been a huge comfort to me, and I was really touched by the wording on the certificate that accompanied her, particularly knowing that Chantall was with her throughout. My name is Haley. I recently lost my mastiff to cancer and through the good word of my vet (Massey) I had her cremated and sent home to me.

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you did for us. Our son has autism and was away for the holidays and by having her cremated we were able to give him time to get used to the idea that she was gone before finally laying her to rest. Our remaining children were able to each spend some time with her before we laid her to rest.

I received the ashes of my darling cat Jackie today with the most beautiful inscription attached , Many thanks Soul friends for taking care of my girl.
